Price Details

Cost is per person based on shared double occupancy and a minimum of 10 travelers. If the minimum number of travelers not met, a supplement may apply and an alternate host from ATI may attend instead of Ryan and Malaka, ($3,545.00 per person for a single occupancy room). A one-time $25.00 per person non-refundable booking fee will be charged at time of deposit. 50% deposit is required to reserve your space. All payments made are non-refundable. GCCC points not able to be earned on this departure. Final payment is due July 19, 2017.

Cost includes: Accommodations at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa for 5 Nights in Ocean View Rooms, participation in touring and events as included in the itinerary, special private event with Chef Roy Yamaguchi.

Cost does not include: Optional golf tournament, roundtrip airfare, meals or touring not included in the itinerary, items of a personal nature. 

Optional Golf Tournament: $350.00 per person, 3 persons to a team. Must have 3 to play.

The Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival is the premier epicurean destination event in the Pacific. Set in the lush island paradise of Hawai‘i, the Festival will feature a roster of over 100 internationally-renowned master chefs, culinary personalities, and wine and spirit producers.
 
The event will showcase wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, one-of-a-kind excursions, and exclusive dining opportunities with dishes highlighting the state’s local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers.

  2. Friday, October 20, 2017

    Today, Admiral Travel guests may choose to take part in Roy’s Golf Classic, a golf tournament that benefits Maui’s IMUA Family Services, an organization that supports families and children in Maui who are facing challenges and concerns with child development.

    There will be chefs cooking on the course, as well as wine, cocktails, and beer stations throughout the course.

    Following the tournament, our group will indulge in some of Hawaii's most celebrated dishes at the special awards dinner at Roy’s Kaanapali.

    This afternoon, our group will enjoy a special private lunch with Chef Roy Yamaguchi.

    This evening we will take part in a walk around, grazing event at Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, featuring 13 world-class chefs, paired with global fine wines, craft cocktails, and beers.

    Day at leisure

    This evening, delight in a six-course wine paired dinner under the stars at Hyatt Maui Regency Resort and Spa. This dinner will be located on the lawn at Hyatt with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, and there will be a “kitchen stadium” set-up for guests to watch the chefs prepare each course.
